Location: Manchester, NH (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Position Overview

Our client in Manchester, NH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their recruiting and hiring efforts. This is a fully onsite contract opportunity ideal for someone with prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with candidates throughout the hiring process.

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews, managing onboarding documentation, and ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and interest in open positions.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including collecting and processing new hire paperwork.
  • Complete Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9) documentation and ensure compliance with federal requirements.
  • Coordinate and monitor pre-employment background checks and drug screenings.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team with administrative recruiting tasks.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience sourcing and screening candidates preferred.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes, background checks, and I-9 verification.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and customer service skills.
